Beginners Yoga

Beginners Yoga introduces accessible yoga in a safe and friendly environment, regardless of your shape, size, height, eye colour, shoe size… hopefully you get where I’m going with this! Give yoga a try!!! These classes are suitable for people who have never tried yoga before or those who haven’t done yoga for a long time and are wanting to ease back into it.  The Beginners Yoga classes are taught in a series of 4 workshops.  Check my timetable for the next 4 week series.  Classes are 45 minutes.
