General Yoga Flow Classes

The style of yoga I teach is Hatha Yoga.  My classes consist of a warm up and stretching followed by flows/sequences and then moving into breath work and a full relaxation. While emphasising the physical body and the asanas (postures), I also work with the breath (pranayama), the life-energy, and the mind in order to help bring about a balanced state of wellbeing, vitality and a deeper connection with our true inner-selves. The General Yoga Flow classes are 1hr 15mins (75 mins) which includes a full guided relaxation. Leave class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.
