Yin/Restorative Yoga Class
Yin Yoga is a meditative practice consisting of long held stretches without muscle tension, focusing on the deeper tissues of our body – the fascia (connectivity tissue) – strengthening, stretching and stimulating to encourage more flexibility and freedom of movement while releasing deep tension of the body and relaxing the nervous system. Yin Yoga reduces stress while stimulating regeneration. Yin Yoga is suitable for any level of yoga experience (including beginners). Classes are 1 hour. Leave class feeling relaxed, released and with more movement through the body.
