Yoga Nidra is a special relaxation technique which has a deep effect on your body and your mind. Through the practise of Yoga Nidra, your mind quietens and releases physical tension in your body. In a state of deep relaxation, your heart beat and breathing slow down, and your body and mind become deeply calm. The process of Yoga Nidra brings the restorative and healing powers of deep sleep although the real healing comes from a deeper area.
